This DRIBs Bot Services Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and DRIBs Bot ("We", "Us", "Our") that governs your use of DRIBs online products and services, which include, but are not limited to, Telegram bots, channels, groups, and any application created and distributed by DRIBs Bot (collectively, "DRIBs Services").

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will DRIBs Bot, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable to any person for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, revenue, sales, goodwill, use of content, impact on business, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity) however caused, under any theory of liability, including, without limitation, contract, tort, warranty, breach of statutory duty, negligence, or otherwise, even if the liable party has been advised as to the possibility of such damages or could have foreseen such damages.

Intellectual Property Rights

The User acknowledges that all intellectual property rights in DRIBs Services are owned by or licensed to DRIBs Bot. The User has no rights in or to the service other than the right to use it in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Data protection

DRIBs Bot prioritizes the privacy and security of our users. Currently, DRIBs Bot does not collect, store, or process personal information of any kind from its users and has no plans to do so in the future. Our services are designed to operate without collecting personal data, ensuring maximum privacy and security for our users. As our services involve interacting with the Solana blockchain, users should be aware that their blockchain-related activities are public and permanently recorded on the blockchain network, which is inherent to blockchain technology and not within our control. Users are responsible for their own privacy in relation to their blockchain transactions and any information they choose to disclose in blockchain-related activities. If changes to our services necessitate an update to this policy, we will provide clear and prominent notice to users, outlining the changes and the impact on privacy and data protection.

Modifications to Services and Prices
